End-to-End Build Efficiency
While site prep and foundation work are happening on-site, our prefabricated house shells are simultaneously built off-site. Fully framed – roofed, sided, and sealed. The day concrete cures, the house shell is delivered and set — often within 24 hours. The day after, we’re inside running mechanical rough ins: plumbing, electrical, HVAC. No lag. No downtime.
The Assumable Playbook
We target the deals others walk away from. The ones that don’t fit the spreadsheet, scare off the lenders, or get passed over because they’re too weird, too tight, or too tangled.
This is where assumable mortgages, subject-to strategies, and seller financing come alive. We step into low-interest loans with built-in equity and create opportunity out of complexity.

Modular Build System
- Use pre-built house shells with siding, windows, and doors already installed
- Drop shells on monolithic slab foundations using EZForm for 1–2 day setup
- Pre-select materials (e.g. PEX kits, prefab walls, MEP panels) to simplify install
- Complete builds in 10–12 weeks with streamlined phases and fewer subcontractors
